About me
My name is Jürgen P. Preis
After successfully completing a commercial apprenticeship, graduating from high school and studying at a university of applied sciences, I gained my first experience in human resources.
My professional career took me via Berlin and South America to Southeast Asia.
I used my time in Asia for further training to become a certified consultant with leading companies in the field of Chinese metaphysics with offices in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur/Malaysia. I am very grateful for learning BaZi and Feng Shui first hand.
In 2018, I returned to Berlin and started my own consulting business with a focus on Chinese metaphysics, yin and yang, the 5-element theory, BaZi and Feng Shui. My many years of experience in internal and external personnel marketing and HR recruiting are also put to good use for my new clients.
More about me - The story behind my professional reorientation
My time in Asia led me to change my career direction. The decisive factor was my professional dissatisfaction. For months, I looked in the mirror when I got up in the morning and realized: I'm rather unhappy with my work. I don't like going to the office. There was little or no motivation. Then I asked myself: should it stay like this? The answer was clear. It was NO. It was time for a change. There was only one problem - I had no idea in which professional direction I should develop or what kind of company I could start.
Many months later. One evening after work, my wife told me about a talk by a consultant that she had attended that morning together with about 20 other people. I was suddenly "on fire". Chinese philosophy, the five-element theory and the associated analysis possibilities sounded fascinating to me. I wanted to know more about this. I sat down at my notebook and did some research. The hours passed. I was gripped by something new that really interested me. My heart beat faster with excitement. So I made an appointment with the consultant. I wanted to know whether her job would be something for me and whether it would actually suit my talents. The time between the initial meeting and the follow-up appointment seemed like an eternity, even though there were only 10 days in between. The moment had come when she presented me with the results of her analysis. I was very excited about it. To cut a long story short: Her analysis of my new future career prospects was positive. However, there was something during the conversation that completely amazed me and made me marvel. It was her findings about my personality and my character traits. They were described so accurately that I thought: There is no such thing. It's not possible. How does this woman know that? Wouldn't she have to have known me for decades?
All of this encouraged me in my decision to try something new and start a new career direction.
